Chef Nicolás Lucero was born and grew up in the city of Cadiz (Spain). He discovered the passion for cuisine surrounded by cookers, in the restaurant tapas bar of his father, Salvador Lucero, a renowned chef in his city.
In the year 1996, his establishment (Bahia Tapas Bar), received the prestigious International Cuisine Award "El Garbanzo de Plata" (The Silver Chickpea), awarded by the Culinary Society "El Garbanzo de Plata" of New York, that rewards every year the best cuisine in the Spanish country, passing some of their recipes to be part of cookbooks published in The Unites States.
Finishing his studies in gastronomy, he continued to expand his experience in recognized restaurants in Southern Spain. He has subsequently worked as a private chef in Spain and United Kingdom.
After this stage, and with more than 30 years of experience acquired since his youth, he moved to the city of London, to undertake this personal project, which arises from the need to share and transfer internationally the flavors of Traditional Spanish Cuisine.
